Our parts are new aftermarket parts (not genuine Isuzu, Hino or Fuso). They're covered against faults in manufacture:

• Electrical parts (starters, alternators, motors, switches): 3 months from purchase.
• Everything else (panels, bumpers, grilles, lights, mirrors and trim): 30 days from purchase.

Our warranty covers our part only

Our warranty covers the part we sold you, and nothing extra. It doesn't cover:

• labour to fit, remove or refit the part;
• damage to any other parts or to the truck;
• towing, hire vehicles, or the truck being off the road;
• wear and tear, crash damage, or paint or chrome marks from use or cleaning;
• parts fitted wrongly or changed.

This warranty is on top of your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act, not instead of them.

To claim

Call or text 022 535 3666 with your order number and photos. We may ask for the part back. If it's faulty, we'll fix or replace it.
