Who we are

National Truck Parts NZ is a trading name of NZ Surplus Trucks Ltd, 1 Pyes Pa Road, Pyes Pa, Tauranga 3112. Phone or text 022 535 3666, email nationaltruckpartsnz@gmail.com.

Our parts

We sell new aftermarket truck parts. They're not genuine Isuzu, Hino or Fuso parts. We use the truck maker's name only to say which trucks a part fits.

Prices and payment

Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. You pay in full at checkout. If we've made an obvious mistake with a price, we'll tell you before we send the part, and you can choose to pay the right price or get a full refund.

Your order

We'll email to confirm your order. If a part turns out to be out of stock, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Please check the part number, left or right side, and cab width before you order. Our free fit check takes a minute: text your plate to 022 535 3666. See Will it fit?

Delivery, returns and warranty

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Trade customers

Workshops and fleets with a trade account have separate signed terms. Your signed trade terms apply to your orders.
