Every part we sell is a new aftermarket part. That means it's newly made to suit a particular truck, but it isn't made or sold by Isuzu, Hino or Mitsubishi Fuso. The truck maker's name in our listings only tells you which trucks the part suits.
Why buy aftermarket?
- Price. Aftermarket cab parts usually cost less than genuine ones.
- On the shelf in NZ. Our parts are already in Tauranga, so there's no waiting for a part to be ordered in from overseas.
- New, not second-hand. No dents, cracks or missing tabs from a wrecked truck.
How do they fit?
They're made to fit the models listed. A few may need small adjustments to line up perfectly, which is normal for aftermarket panels. Before you buy, check the model code, cab width and side (LH or RH): our guide How to check a truck part fits takes two minutes. Or send us your number plate and we'll check it for you.
What colour do they come in?
Painted bumpers, panels and grilles come in a base colour, usually white or black. Chrome parts come chromed. Colour-matching to your truck is done by you or your panel shop.
What's the warranty?
- Electrical parts (starters, alternators, motors, switches): 3 months from purchase.
- Everything else (panels, bumpers, grilles, lights, mirrors and trim): 30 days from purchase.
The warranty covers faults in manufacture of the part we sold you. It doesn't cover labour, other damage, or the truck being off the road. It's on top of your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act, not instead of them. Full details: Warranty.
And if it doesn't fit?
If our listing or our fit check told you a part fits your truck and it doesn't, send it back and we'll refund you, including freight both ways. See Returns and refunds.
