How we send bumpers and big truck parts around New Zealand

Wide painted bumper 225cm to suit Isuzu Forward FRR

Truck bumpers can be well over 2 metres long, so getting them to you takes a bit more than a courier bag. Here's how it works.

Small parts: courier

Lights, mirrors, switches, starters and alternators go by courier, overnight to most of the North Island.

Big parts: freight

Bumpers, front panels, grilles and fenders go by freight, to your door or to the nearest depot. That suits workshops and panel shops, which usually have someone on site to sign for them.

How fast?

We send orders within 1 to 2 working days of payment, and you'll get a tracking number by email.

What does it cost?

The freight cost is shown at checkout before you pay. For a big order, or a run of parts for a fleet, call us on 022 535 3666 and we'll work out the best way to send it.

Pick up in Tauranga

You can collect free from Pyes Pa, Tauranga, by arrangement. Call 022 535 3666 first.

Check it when it arrives

Have a look at big parts before you sign for them, and write any damage on the driver's sheet. Tell us within 48 hours where you can, with photos of the part and the packaging. We're responsible for the part until it reaches you. See Shipping and delivery and Returns and refunds.

Get the right part first time

Freight both ways is the real cost of a wrong part. Before you order, read How to check a truck part fits, or send us your number plate and we'll check it for you.
